I’m Daniel Simmons. I’ve spent the last 15+ years working across sales leadership and frontline selling roles in a range of commercial environments, from SaaS and technology businesses to recruitment, services, and direct-to-consumer sales.My career has covered the full spectrum of selling, from business development and account management to leading teams and driving performance. I’ve sold in boardrooms, over the phone, online, and even door-to-door early in my career. Those experiences taught me how people really buy, and how sales professionals can consistently perform when the pressure is high.I’m known for being direct, honest, and practical. I believe the best salespeople aren’t necessarily the loudest in the room, they’re the ones who stay clear, focused, and disciplined when everyone else is spinning plates.Over the last few years, I’ve become deeply interested in how artificial intelligence can support sales professionals in the real world. Not as a gimmick or a shortcut, but as a tool to reduce noise, sharpen thinking, and help people make better decisions in the moments that matter.
